Terms of beta access.

SPK currently provides experimental sports-data analysis and decision-support tools. Paid public service is not enabled by these beta terms.

Use of the product

Use SPK lawfully, keep credentials private and do not scrape, resell, disrupt or attempt to bypass plan controls.

Predictions, confidence, odds and historical statistics can be wrong. You remain responsible for every decision and loss.

Features and data may change, be incomplete or become temporarily unavailable while the private beta is developed.

Formal operator identity, jurisdiction-specific terms and paid-service conditions will be published before public billing is activated.
